EMPLOYEE PERMISSIONS MISSING FROM 1.2.1 UPGRADE FROM PRIOR BETA

Okay...this is a strange one. I had two sites testing out with pre 1.2 release beta versions. (they were two different beta versions).

One had the new option of setting EMPLOYEE - PERMISSIONS.. one didn't.

After I upgraded both sites to the new 1.2.1 Final version I assumed they would be the same then ...only the one that had the employee permissions option still has it the other still doesn't.

I looked at the versions in the backend of both after the update one shows as (1.2.1.0-0.62s) the other is (1.2.1.0-0.415s)

How can I get the PERMISSIONS OPTION TO BE ON THE ONE WITHOUT IT ??????????? NEEDED THIS TO GO LIVE !!!
