Addons Voucher question.

Hello I have a problem with prestahop addons.

 

E-mail that I use to register on the Addon store: [email protected]

My order nuber is 124713 and I wanted to buy a license for the module google shopping but I cashed three. It was a mistake of the app but I answer prestashop addons you see get a voucher. I need an email to my bank as I can pay it back.

You wanted one Google shopping module... but you bought three.

 

You only want one module for one website correct?

 

The Addons store provided you with a voucher, you can use that voucher to purchase additional modules to enhance the features of your store.

 

I definitely recommend the SEO module and Abandoned Cart Reminder

 

Have you responded to this E-mail. That would probably be the best way. It may take a couple days for a response, but that should be your first course of action.

Some error occurred during the purchase process. I want 1 license but they charged me 3.

I think It's only an error.

 

 

I have bought many modules with you and hope you understand that I want to return these two licenses do not need.

 

I responded to this email but no one has said anything more.
