Chris101
Hi All I dont know what has happened but every time I try and edit something in the back office and save it I get redirected to a 404 page not found, If I edit some products, If I add a Keyword to the Index page even if I try and add a blog post and save it, it redirects me to a 404 page not found without saving anything. It used to be fine but suddenly I have picked up we cant change anything. I have loaded the Presatshop SEO module and a blog Module recently, could the SEO module be the problem? Any help in solving this would be greatly appreciated. I am a newbee at this so please give detailed instructions. Thanks a lot for your time. Chris101
I am using version 1.5.2.0 I am not sure how it was installed, The site was built by someone else. It has been running fine since the beginning of the year then suddenly now I can not change anything in the back office without being redirected to the 404 page. Our host server was victim to a hacker last week Saturday but we managed to role back to a backup from before this incident but now we are facing these issues. Thanks again for your time, I hope you can help.
Chris101
This was the response I got from the host. The .htaccess file appears to give all control of the site's redirection/rewriting to the PHP page at public_html/index.php Unfortunately this implies that the issue is a code issue which we do not support - and that the customer will have to escalate the issue to the PrestaShop in order to ascertain where the problem actually is.
