Olavi Näkkäri Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 I keep getting the same problem all the time. It first appeared after installing PS, but it got away after a while. Now the same problem got back, when I created my first test user accounts for the shop. I can not log in with any of the user accounts. The browser(s) just shows the 403 page. It used to help to delete the browsing history, but now that won't do a thing. I would really like to launch my shop quite soon, but of course it would be a nice thing for the customers to actually see the page. I have checked the permissions to the files and folders and they should be fine. The back office doesn't show any error messages. I'm a total beginner, so if you could tell me some things to check in step by step fashion, that would be really great! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It get's pretty frustrating to edit the shop, when PS keeps giving me the error page and I have to delete browsing history and log in again. Adding one product can escalate into an hour long battle.
