dennis1981
While trying to connect to the BO through my renamed admin folder...i end up with an error box reporting that the path of the admin login script ...in my case /dennis/login.php... is different between browser and web server. This is what i get :There is 1 error 1. Path is not the same between your browser and you server : - Server: dennis/login.php - Browser: \dennis\login.phpI have uploaded the files of Presta folder inside the root path of my domain...so its www.mydomain.com/index.php www.mydomain.com/admin/index.php etc..Does anybody have seen such a problem before? Patric
But does it really prevent you from logging into your BO ? Did you try ?
dennis1981
Thanks a lot for your input Patrick!!!!!I simply logged in with my admin details and i can now have access to the BO. ))I faced this scenario a few times before and been prompted for email+password..and when i was inputing them..they were not accepted...so now i just didnt think that i should login to the BO this way...as all the info was already stored in my database and i thought, the BO should load automatically..just by entering the url...so my last question would be the following: is it possible to have two copies of prestashop (localhost - remote host) that point to the same database? a colleague tells me that it should be fine...but i believe that there are problems with that..as there will be duplicated data in the db and there will be conflicts (suppose that i use exactly the same db tables...and i populate the db with the same data). Thanks again for your input and the Presta dev team for this kick-ass framework!RegardsDennis
