Client upload pic not showing up after saving

Hi,

I added the personnalisation feature to my products in order to give the possibility to upload images. The upload works fine, the images are saved in the upload folder (without .jpg extension)

 

Neither in FO during the order process nor in BO in orders the thumbnail (..._small) is showing up, I get the red cross in IE and blank in Firefox. Consulting the source code of the products page I see the images name_small but without the .jpg extension. If I click on the red cross in BO under orders(display_image.php?...) the full images is shown.

 

All other images (products, categories, etc.) are shown normally.

 

Any ideas?

 

Prestashop 1.5.4.1 auf IIS/7.5, PHP Version 5.2.6
