Problème dans la mise en ligne d'un site local

Bonjour,

 

Après avoir cherchè en vain sur le site et sur le net, je me décide enfin à poster en espérant que quelqu'un pourra m'aider...

 

J'ai développé mon site en local, sans problème avec la version 1.5 de prestashop.

Lors de la mise en ligne sur mon serveur OVH , j'ai rencontré des difficultés. Il existe des tuto très bien fait que j'ai suivi.

J'ai bien mis le contenu du dossier à la base de Ovh ( dans le dossier www)

J'ai bien supprimé les fichiers existant dans le dossier www avant de transférer ma boutique

 

Alors petite infos: pour modifier votre fichier ps base uri sous cette version, il faut aller:

Aller sur votre base de donnes ( moi j'utilise phpmyadmin)

Trouver le dossier ps_shop_url

L'éditer et modifier le domain/ domain ssl/ physical uri

Lorsque j'aurai trouvé les solutions pour mettre en ligne mon site, je ferais un tuto complet reprenant toutes les infos.

 

Je pense avoir fait tout ce qu'il faut mais le souci c'est que mon site ne s'affiche pas...

- en 1 er : about blank

- puis : moniste/www index.php? Firefox ne peut trouver le serveur a l adresse

 

Dans un 1 er temps: je pense que les noms de domaines, serveur .... Sont bien configurés.

En effet si je supprime le fichier index.php de mon dossier, tous les dossiers présent dans www s'affiche sur mon site en liste. C'est ce qui me permet de déduire que le serveur, domaine, uri... Sont ok

 

À noter que j'ai un fichier aussi html: si je le supprime: même chose: mes dossiers s'affiche en liste

 

Un fichier .htaccess : si je le supprime : moniste/www index.php? Firefox ne peut trouver le serveur a l adresse

 

J'ai donc pensé a un probleme provenant de mon index:

Je me dis qu'il y a peut être un souci avec le fait que chez ovh la base soit www et qu'il faut peut être modifier des lignes...

 

Comme je ne connais pas le langage informatique... Je vous remercie de m'aider à trouver une solution pour la mise en ligne....

Bonsoir,

La solution:

Dans prestashop sous SEO, il faut compléter le domaine , domaine ssl et le chemin.

Attention chez ovh le chemin c'est / et surtout pas /www

 

En espérant que ça servira à quelq'un !
