fgord Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 (edited) Hi Vekia, I get a 500 internal error when clients click on the shopping cart. I also have the error message when I click on: modules, orders, etc. in the back office. I turned debug on and got similar problems like sahwira (robots.txt solved & favicon file solved). I still have the 500 error. I contacted my provider and was told that the best-sellers module was causing the problem. I don't know how to disable the module without using the back-office. When I investigate with Inspector in Firefox, I get two errors. The first one might be the best-sellers module: The Web Console logging API (console.log, console.info, console.warn, console.error) has been disabled by a script on this page.
