GPGWarrior Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 I sent a customer a "manual invoice" for products that were special ordered. We did not put the items in our cart since they were a special price to him. I was able to send him the invoice through Prestashop / our store. He received the invoice via email but he can not figure out how to pay via his Credit card? Does anyone know how he can pay for the items this way? Carlsen Posted June 8, 2013 Share Posted June 8, 2013 Hi GPGWarrior, If there is no cart, I am not sure how the customer is supposed to pay. One way of solving it would be to create a (virtual) product and value it at 1 [your currency]. Then your customer can add X amount to the cart and pay. Next time I'd suggest that you have the customer do the order, then you can edit the prices on that specific order, and charge the customer the appropriate amount.
