Some issues on my Prestashop 1.4.8.2 (email, feature box height, postage)

Hi all. I have these problems on my new Prestashop site.

 

1. I have changed the admin email but all order notifications are still coming through to me instead of the website owners. I had it set to me during the testing phase but I need to change it to the owners. Which is the actual place to change the orders email address ? I have changed every place I can find, including preferences and employees.

 

2. Today on just my 2nd order someone selected UK as their country when they are overseas, UK is set to default and is the first one to show up. This made the postage for them wrong and much cheaper. How can I change my one page checkout to have no country selected as default ? Forcing people to choose a country.

 

3. The height of my 8 feature boxes on the front page is 2 lines of text, some titles need 3 lines showing. How do I increase the box height to allow 3 lines of text to show up ? I think I edited this months ago to allow 2 lines but have forgotten how.

Thanks Vekia, I thought as much, but couldn't work out what they were trying to gain.

 

No ideas I suppose on any help to my questions ?
