Diemux
Hi all,I wish to change the layout of the emails in the /mails/ folder. However, I'm faced with the dreadful system CHMOD permissions. Since the system created the /mails/nl/ folder, I don't have write permissions as user. I have seen this problem several other times in Presta. How can I change the mail files? MikeChoy
Have you check the folder ownership. It should be the same as the other folder (ownership by you). If its something like "nobody" etc, change it back. Afterwhich you should be able to CHMOD
Diemux
I can see that the mails/nl/ folder is having another owner. How can I change the owner? I can't seem to do it in FileZilla?
MikeChoy
Quick Fix: Either your service provider can do it or ......In FileZilla, (1) copy the server-end folder which you have lost owernership back to your local drive.(2) delete the folder (your problematic folder which you have lost ownership)(3) upload the folder again....(4) you should have ownership again
