blinden
Has anyone had good luck dealing with Prestashop directly to work on a website? I'm asking because I spoke to a sales rep a few weeks ago about transferring a site from WP-Commerce to Prestashop and I was given a price and told it would be no problem. I have not asked for anything that I did not go over in the initial call with Robert, yet my site is no where near complete and the person who is assigned to me doesn't respond to requests in my ticket or direct emails. I actually had to call the CEO of the company who told me that some of the conversion process they couldn't handle (even though I was told they could) and I paid another company to do a data transfer. I was assured by the CEO that my account would be given top priority since it had sat idle for so long. I'm losing business every day because of how long things are taking and the person who is working on my site is still non-responsive. In fact my site's going backwards because things that were working aren't at this time. I have spent so much of my valuable time trying to help facilitate only to have nothing moving forward and it's leaving a very bad taste in my mouth about Prestashop. I even referred other business to them when I first signed up. This is no way to treat your customers Prestashop. A company that accepts a job should do as they say, when they say and how they say. Are others experiencing similar issues? I'm just curious. Thank you
