mfarmiloe
Noobie - be gentle! Have had my site for a month or two now and I'm getting warnings that my 'disk' is almost full.(500mb!) After looking at structure of site (with FileZilla) I can see I have duplicate content in Public_html and www folder. Is this correct - doesn't 'feel' right? Can I /should I delete one of them? Am I set up wrong in Prestashop structure. Any straightforward advise gratefully received. At a push I can just about edit but that's about the limit of my skills! (Can hit the delete button of course! ) Have attached a screenshot so you can see structure - I am using theme mimishop if that makes a difference. The screenshot makes it look like the www is a shortcut(?) but when I download for a back-up off FileZilla it comes over as two folders Here's hoping! yaniv14
You have it correct, thats how cpanel configure it. public_html is your actual folder and www is an alias (symlink) its not really a duplicate content, all you content is in public_html and www just point to that folder. don't delete any of them. about your space you should check your hosting plan. also how many products (images) you have.
mfarmiloe
Thanks Yaniv14, Appreciate it that you took the time to respond. Ok - so now I think I just need to power through my images and reduce sizes etc where I can before i spend more on the plan!
