tasman2706
Hello, I have just upgraded Prestashop from vesrion 1.4.7.1 to version 1.5.4.1 All went well (I think) and although the back office seems to be functioning okay, my home page is just a blank page. I have cleared the browser cache and used ClearSmarty and regenerated the thumbnails to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Lee. http://www.rocinante-petfoods.com

tasman2706
Hello, thanks for your reply. It was a blank page until I reinstalled my original version, which luckily I backed up. I think I will stay with version 1.4.71 for the time being as it seems to work okay. Thanks for your help. Lee.

vekia
Okay, looks like you are using too much cpu time on the shared server it mean that you have got there not enough CPU time, you need to change hosting packet (use better one) or just ask your hoster about file / where issue appear (what script consuming CPU time)

IM A NOB Travis: at 13:29:10 you may want to break your domains up into other FTP users if you want to make it easier to pick out your processes Travis: at 13:29:18 if you go to 'manage domains' you can edit the hosting Travis: at 13:29:42 select the option to create a new user, and move all files to it Travis: at 13:31:09 You would see this update once all files are copied over, but finding the actual process would require some digging if you are not sure what you are running Travis: at 13:32:33 You can still check your processes with all domains on the same user, but if you are new to checking processes it may help reduce confusion by switching users for different domains to make it easier to check.
