Problem with shipping when configuring Carriers with Price Range

Hi

 

I have two Carriers configured.

1. Correos (Spanish postal service) that I have added myself, no module installed.

2. Kiala. Module installed but there is no pricing information in this module, that I have to configure myself.

 

Both carriers are setup identically. Each have two price ranges:

0->49.99€ => x€ shipping fee

50,00->100000€ => Free shipping

 

What I want to avoid is the irritating "Free shipping" that is displayed if the user is not logged in. Instead I just want to basic shipping cost to show before login.

 

What baffles me is that this is working, but only for Correos. Kiala is set as the default transportation company and when I get to checkout, Kiala is preselected and the price is correct.

 

However before I am logged in, it is the price from Correos that is shown when hoovering the cart and if I remove Correos it says "Free Shipping" again.

 

I just want it to show the default shipping cost also when I am not logged in and it works fine for Correos but not for Kiala and I can not understand why so if anyone has any ideas on what to try, please let me know.

 

Attaching some screenshots for your reference with Correos shipping set yo 4.95€ and Kiala Shipping set to 4.90€. Kiala is default carrier but the Kiala cost is never before the user is logged in.

 

My only guess is that Kiala is activated only concidered if the address is known to be in Spain but this is just a guess since both Carriers seems to be setup for the zone Europe.
