Need help I installed new Template it does not work

I purchased a template from prestashop and uploaded it through Import/Export module as per the instructions but it does not work and my previous theme also gone the website is not opening

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); replace false ->true

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

internal server error is usually related to the htaccess / php script parse error

The best thing in this case is to check php error log, because even if you turn error reporting - you will not see error code.

Yes so many errors after I installed this template

before that my website was working fine

I had no idea that these series Uhumenu categories are not good before I bought it Developers said I can use this one after I asked for their suggestion they never said anything it has costed me $199.99 for the whole template

Now do you think they will refund my money if the website does not work

 

Actually I wanted a template or theme which gives me maximim blcoks for promotion and multistore and other features too such as responsive

so money was not an issue with me

but I cannot spend anything more if this does not work for me I am really worried

 

Yes I think I will disable the whole thing and install it right from the begining

I don't know where I am wrong

 

I am creating my own website of Indian products

I don't know what php file you are talking about

 

I did step by step from installing prestashop to uploading template

 

I asked developers but they never answer the answer I got from Prestashop

 

I think I will delete every file of prestashop from ftp file them reinstall it from fresh but I think there is something wrong with the template itself

Yes with the template there is a PDF file and am following it actually I had filled a lot of information in previous template except for products but after I deleted previous database and uninstalled the prestashop all the information has gone so am filling that up again and yes I will follow that PDF instructions

 

two years back also I made my own website but with blue voda they are excellent and they provided step by step instructions and ready php scripts everything but since then I have forgotton many things but before I purchased this host gator web hosting I tried to make a website with free hostiing provider just to see if I can make it then I fell in love with presta shop I tried many but this was the easiest open cart also was easier but this was simply the best then I made my own full fledge website with help of free template and modules

 

I guess I will make this one also sure will take time but I can do it of course I am going to need a lot of help and I look forward to chat with you a lot infuture Really appreciate your help many many thanks

I received a reply from the developer and she has sent the latest updated template which now I have uploaded. It was old version which is why that problem was coming

 

Well now there is no problem. Atleast I am still going through it so far I found no problem except for unable to change my logo and there is a few features missing such as responsive and multistore module I am gonna write to the developer again

and I have no idea about css I did try to learn through dream weaver but everything went out of my head

it was some years back

but am deeply dissappointed with this template. There are a lot of problems with this template.

First of all I purchased the old version they did not even inform me that it is old version when I asked for their advise but they gave me the updated latest version still I am not happy with it

 

Pictures are too small there is a problem with footer my logo at the footer is all wrong social icon of pinrest is all wrong

there are klot of problems

 

I will see for a day or two then contact prestashop

 

No use buying such an expensive template if my website is not what I desire how I want it
