Date of Birth, DOB or Birth Date compulsory field 1.5.4.1

I have tried every threat i found with every edition of the authentication.tpl and verify.tpl. did not

work.

 

I cannot get this field compulsory through back office, clients, or at list i cannot see it. I can do compulsory the news and opin, in the client are.

 

I just need when the drop down menu appears that people puts their age prior to register.

 

In an ideal world/situation i would like them to be over 18, but as have done my terms and conditions nicely i am not extremely worried about it.
