pleasuremepalace
i just applied a new theme to my store and suddenly my store is a mess. The featured products module is covering the slider module and even though the theme is fully customizable i can't change the background/font colors. is there a way to just completely reset the theme and start from scratch? Help? i'm not overly tech savvy so please make your answer for dummies if possible....
El Patron
have you tried to enable the previous theme (i.e. fallback)? if you backed up your shop before installing the theme, then do a restore...(it is a good idea to 'always' back up your site files and db) before loading a theme. pleasuremepalace
i didn't do i back up because the site isn't live and i'd just been toying around with the default theme before i purchased one. nothing was really finished or set in stone. tried to go back to the default theme but that's not displaying correctly either
El Patron
try this: contact the developer of the theme for support.
worldnettps
Hi, This is regarding overlapping of themes, one of our client using our module which is working fine for default Prestashop installation bu not working on their site as they are using different themes. If I comment out "header.tpl" from front controller dispalyHeader I can see our message but without any css or themes. But If I dont comment the message is overlapped by theme. In our page we are calling include(dirname(__FILE__).'/../../header.php'); which redirects to Front controller and I feel something is gettting affected there. Can someone please guide on this. Thanks
