Torben
Hi, I used the 1-Click Autoupgrade to upgrade from 1.4.6.2 to 1.4.10.0. That went well - but after that there is a problem. When I click the cart button in the blockcart module to the rigth - the middle and the right colums disappears. In the browser line i have <myshop>/order.php What can I do? vekia
it is possible to check your website? (if so - paste the url) i think that there is something wrong with php scripts / smarty code so, turn on error reporting in your prestashop, then try to open order page once again (if any error appear - please paste it here)
Torben
I found out it was in the Prestashop theme. Therefor I upgraded to 1.5.4.1. And then I got new problems: Frontend: a) I got a very strange kode SFEKICPKO in stead of the order number - in the Thanks for the order email - and on the page that confirms the order in the shop. I can't go to the details of any of the products. I tried several ways - using View, clicking on the name and photo, using Search and then clicking at the name. Every time I'm getting an empty page. c) I can't delete a product from the Cart (in the block at the right) using the x. Backend: In AdminTools > Email there are no email addresses displayed in the box Send email to:
vekia
a - prestashop 1.5 uses order reference and ID, you probably talking about order reference (it looks like it) b - if you've got blank page - it mean that probably some errors appear, turn error reporting or check php error log c - check console log for javascript errors (in chrome: ctrl shif J)
