Order confirmation returns blank page no matter what payment module i select

My shop, http://juxt.ro , runs Prestashop 1.5.4.0 with a costum theme.

When i click on "i confirm my order", no matter what payment module i choose (COD or bank wire), it returns a blank page but the order is registered (i receive the confirmation mail and i see it in BO -> Orders).

I've searched the forge and forum and i've tried all the solutions but no succes. I've posted also on forge. You can find it here: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-9366

First of all turn errors on as suggested in my signature. Post the error you get here

I've managed to solve it after turning on the errors.

It was from an outdated module.

Now everything is fine, you cand close this topic.

I got following error, please let me know how to solve, I am using prestashop 1.6.

I am using bank wire & cheque payment, both lands up to below error when I select "I confirm my order".

I get to order registered in Admin. but no e-mail is sent neither to customer nor to admin.

 

Please help how to resolve below error.

make sure you have magic_quotes_gpc disabled on your server. Other users reported the same already, exact prestashop version? You might as well backup that whole mails folder and get rid of it in the theme one
