Tyndie
Is there a difference in which you use on a product say to add the different sizes of a t-shirt? I am confused as to which I should use
spott
You need to use Attributes. Features are only information fields
zomigi
I'm still not clear on what I should make an attribute and what a feature. Here are the ones that are included in the default PrestaShop install.Attributes:Disk spaceColorICUFeatures:HeightWidthDepthWeightHeadphoneWhy did they choose to make each of these an attribute or feature?I need to list "condition," for instance (new, like new, etc.). Should I make this an attribute or a feature? Thanks for the insight.
rocky
"Condition" should be a feature. Features like the iPod's height are used to describe a product and do not change what the customer buys. The height is always the same. Attributes like the iPod color let the customer change the product they are buying. The customer can choose to buy a blue or pink iPod.
