[Problem]Images do not appear

Hi

 

I Make test page to work with prestashop before putting on the main page, so i pass the same site for a new folder . Import the database.generator a new htaccess.

And everything work ok except the images.

Anyone know how to solve?

Prestashop 4 ? you mean 1.4.9 probably, am i right?

Have you changed configuration file to support new directory?

Yes is 1.4.9.0

 

What file ? in config ,the settings.inc.php ?

 

The only proble is with images,the rest work well

it looks like non-default theme with custom image types, are you sure that your images (for example pt-default-home) exist on list under the preferences > images tab in your back office?

not exist ,but in original (not test site) dont exist and works

this is probably main case in your issue.

 

create default-home & pt-default-home (for product)

then regenerate thumbnails for those names
