Ayuda Urgente con Prestashop

Como se soluciona?...tuve problemas al intentar actualizar el prestashop y al ponerlo todo como lo tenia antes me dice esto al entrar en mi web:

 

Fatal error: Class 'Context' not found in /home/u848215617/public_html/init.php on line 31

¿Pero pulsastes el botón para hacer un rollback?

 

Posiblemente no se hizo la restauración de forma completa..

No te entiendo, ¿que es eso del rollback?

No le ha pasado a nadie este problema que me pueda ayudar?..... La web es de una tienda y ya llevo varios días sin funcionamiento..
