Sales tracking by group

Hi Everyone! I'm wondering if it is possible to track sales by group and see detailed statistics. Or fi there is an addon to do this. Here's why.

 

I have outside sales reps who bring in wholesale customers. To make sure they are tracked I assign the wholesale customer to the customer group which corresponds with the rep who brought them in. For example:

 

we have the Chris customer group, jacklyn customer group etc..

 

We are an E-cig company and my reps get different commissions based upon what product they sell. For instance if they sell a device they may get 5% while if they sell the refillable e-liquid then they may get 10%. So I'm looking for something I can go to and filter as follows

 

Chris Group -> 5-1-13 to 5-15-13 -> Total sales in E-liquid category

 

Then it should tell me what was sold and the total sales amounts so I can accurately pay commissions from those numbers. Any suggestions or does anyone know of an addon that may accomplish this for me?
