vekia
This may be related to your theme. You use default one? If so, you modified something in the cart / js scripts? If it is possible - please paste the url to your store.

vekia
You said that you installed it a few months ago, prestashop 1.5.4.1 is available for ~1 month, so... it's impossible that you've got 1.5.4.1 without updates... so you updated your store, or not? Kristenk
I am having same rule of issue. Using host gator and prestashop. I really want to use the quick check out option on my website but reading its broke through this forum. I hate that the account has to be created, phone, email, MUST opt in for everything put in their first born or you can't proceed. Then if you make it that far, you have to know to hit save on the account creation ( step1) before scrolling to step 3 and clicking next after accepting terms. My customers are leaving full carts because this checkout is so difficult. I chose prestashop because it says it is easy to use and works. I have read on this forum I have to modify the php to make it work - not going to happen. Can anyone tell me that host gator and prestashop's quick checkout actually works in update? I am using 1.5.2.0. Prestashop also continues to refresh and refresh - hard to work in it. Very frustrated

Can you please paste the url here? Nemo1 mentioned above what's going on, something crashes the jquery library, that's the main problem.
Kristenk
Http://www.packinneat.com is the website. I don't have the module attracta - only the basic standard modules used. Is it possible to upgrade prestashop to fix this issue by just updating? Or is someone willing to update my php to fix to allow only use of quick checkout - I'm paying. Thx
