WHEN I TRY TO GET IN BACK OFFICE I GET AN ERROR. WHY?

I GET THIS ERROR WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN ON BACK OFFICE.. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING SO I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO LOGIN YET..

There is 1 error
1.Path is not the same between your browser and you server :

admin1980/login.php

- Browser:
\admin1980\login.php

MY SERVER WHICH IS GODADDY SAYS EVERYTHING IS CORRECT.. WE DELETED THE INSTALL FOLDER AND RENAMED MY ADMIN FOLDER TO THE ABOVE..

IS THERE SOMETHING I AM MISSING?

This error message is generally not a fatal error and you should log in as well. This often occurs on shops hosted on servers running Windows.

Yes, I can see my front office fine but I login to back office with domain plus /admin1980 and it is giving me the error

Some problem here, I can login but can not upload pictures.

I'm on my local testing machine -- winxp iis5 php5.x mysql5.x
