It seems that some customers can complete the payment easily and first time but some customers state they try 5 or so times and it appears the website / paypal payment crashes and they cannot complete the process. www(dot)protectandenhance(dot)com Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue and help correct it. benjamin utterback Posted June 7, 2013 Share Posted June 7, 2013 Hi simpson7647, have you found any error codes. Without that, it's really hard to tell where the problem is coming from. What does PayPal tell your customers? There should be some kind of error code, either from PayPal or from your store. Have you turned on error reporting for PrestaShop?
