Problem with inserting images and files - Windows Server 2008, IIS7

Hi,
I'm newby to PrestaShop, few days ago I've firstly installed the system (Version 1.2.0.8) on my web server, where IIS7 is running with this configuration - PHP: 5.2.10 and MySQL: 5.0.77

Everything works fine, but I cannot upload any image or file to the products. After saving image, system writes that operation was successful, but image is not shown and also is not stored on server.

I've temporary tried to give everyone permission (write, modify) to whole PrestaShop and PHP TEMP directory, but the result is still the same. Does anybody have any idea, where can be the problem?

I see that the post i quite old, but dit you ever find the solution to this problem? Running into the same issue here and i really can't find out what's going wrong
