Modifying a Mega Menu Module

I've just purchased a lovely Mega Menu module. I do have one question:

 

When I install, the menu shows every single subcategory for every category in my shop. My shop has "Main-Category/Subcategories/Even-More-Subcategories".

 

Is it possible to hide the "Even-More-Subcategories" and only show the first set of subcategories (basically, not show the subcategories of the subcategories)?

If that makes any sense!

 

What code - and what part of the code - would I need to change to achieve this?
