wordpress menu links into prestashop

Hi, I'm currently building a website / prestashop / wordpress blog for a friend, using Wordpress as main website, blog and CMS, and prestashop as the online store only. I was wondering if is possible to incorporate the wordpress menu links, into the prestashop theme, as we want both the wordpress main site, and the prestashop store to share the same navigation links. Doing it this way, will mean we don't need to change two sets of links when we add/remove pages, etc. and will just be a bit tidier genrally.

 

Any ideas?
