How to change the new order status?

Hello

 

I am changing my question because I found the solution for the original title by googling it. Thank you anyway.

 

I need some help with this issue please.

I provided a tracking number in the order page and the customer received en email

that (You can track your package using the following link:)

But there is NOT link or number in the email.

 

I created a new carrier I named it USPS, I put the website address as: www.usps.com

is this the right URL i have to put in the carrier settings?

 

 

and how can I solve this issue?
