Kent Falkenstrøm
Hi, I have an issue with the images on my shop. It seems as if the automatic convertion and rescaling of the images is not working properly. Here is the list of the rescaled images: **-large_default.jpg Works fine **-medium_default.jpg Is shown with a questionmark **-thickbox_default.jpg Is shown with a questionmark **-small_default.jpg Is shown with a questionmark product_mini_**.jpg Works fine I believe there is an error in the CSS, but where do I find it. I'm on Prestashop ver. 1.5.4.0. I hope someone can help me through this. Thanks in advance. Kent.
Kent Falkenstrøm
It may have some relation with this issue as well: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-5623
vekia
this issue isn't related to the css (i suppose) can you please paste the url to your website?

Kent Falkenstrøm
If I look in the folder: /public_html/img/p/4 and 5 I can find the **-large_default.jpg file, but the other versions in different resolutions are not there. I guess that is the problem?
Kent Falkenstrøm
If I manually add the file **-thickbox_default.jpg it shows up in the shop. The question is, why does it not automaticly gererate the diff. res. files, when adding product-images? I guess I have wrong settings somewhere. Kent Falkenstrøm
Do you have an idea what the reason could be for this Vekia?
vekia
if you haven't got images and you have a question marks everywhere - the first step in this case is to: preferences > images (in your BO) - check the image list - all image names that you mentioned above exist on list? if not - create it manually - then 2. Regenerate thumbnails, just scroll page down (in preferences > images) and you will see button for this
