I am trying to configure Layered navigation block on PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 but on Step 1, on selecting categories, the module run continuously. Any help on this please because I would like to allow the visitor to filter the products through Layered navigation block.

Anyone who can help on this issue?

This is very important and I have to find a solution. Anyone who can help?

I am using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and the module's version is 1.8.9

As soon as I select categories on Step 1 of the Build Your Own Filter Template the module stacks on trying to load the filters for probably the step 2.

I am facing another issue now. After the configuration and reindexing all the attibutes, prices, urls e.t.c i tried to see if the filtering works but unfortunatelly it doesn't.

For example if you navigate on the http://vipsottica.com/en/5-men and try to filter, the first thing that you can see is that the in progress image is missing and a "?" appears instead of the image but the most important is that the layered navigation block is not filtering the products. It does nothing at all.

Any help on that?

Prestashop layered navigation filter no images

When you use a filter like the price filter the url has a hash # in it and there are no images on the page. After removing the hash it redirects to the correct location and the images show. Please help I am stuck on this one.

Thank You,

After removing the hash # from this URL:

75-accessories#/price-774-8691

It changes to this:

75-accessories?selected_filters=price-774-8691

Did you get to solve this?

I am having the same issue with the images. When I select any filter from the blocklayered module the images are missing and I get the "?" instead (actually it is a 404 error on the image), but if I remove the # from the URL the images show fine.

How did you solve it?

Thanks in advance

I know this is an old thread but I have the same problem with this version. With blocklayered enabled, pagination through subcategory products won't work. Has anyone managed to find a solution? Upgrading to blocklayered 2.0 introduces a "#" in the URL that messes up images paths.
