problems with prestashop's upgrade

Good morning everybody,

 

I have tried to upgrade a simple shop that I had created and designed by myself in prestashop 1.5.3.1. Afterwards I have tried to do the automatic update to prestashop 1.5.4.1.

At the beginning it worked perfect, but then I discovered that I have a few problems with some modules, the modules which are overwrite inside the themes.

I don't know why, but I am not able to read the new module's behaviour or appearance inside the theme, the only solution that I found it was to put the new module's css mixed with the original in the original folder (prestashop/modules/"name of module"/ instead of prestashop/theme/"name theme"/css/module/"name of module"/), but it isn't working always.

Does somebody have any solution??
