Newsletter Block and Block Contact Info will not display

Hi

I am on the latest version and all is finally going well however I can not get the Newsletter Block or the Block Contact Info to display on the Home page or any page.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated as i'm new at this.

for the first you should check:

1. modules are ENABLED ?
   
2. have you tried to reinstall modules?
   
3. and latest one: try to trun error reporintg, maybe some error will appear related to those modules
