sparky123
I'm facing this problem, every one of my webpage needs to be refreshed before it is accessible to anyone else. It is not affecting a single system. Example Scenario 1 System A visits a product, gets a blank page, presses F5 and gets to the page. System B is able to visit the page. Scenario 2 System B visits a catalog, hits a blank page. System A is able to get into the specific page. The only way to eliminate this problem is by disabling cache in backend office, force compilation or compile after update is useless. Any help here? I have done a lot of searching but not much gave solutions. website: www.sparknet.com.sg
vekia
it looks like issue with cache, can you please check error log? i mean that if you've got an access to the php error log - check it. You can also turn error reporting in your prestashop store. This is first step in debugging issues
sparky123
Hi Vekia, Thanks, I'll explore that option. Meanwhile, I did a restore to a backup as I got a very bad error which prevented any loading of pages, everything is back to normal now.
