CSS files do not display if I use mod write Example: http://46.165.243.147/themes/theme578/css/modules/blockspecials/blockspecials.css - it is fine http://46.39.237.61/themes/theme578/css/modules/blockspecials/blockspecials.css doesn't visible with mod rewrite activated in SEO and URL block.
