Change text in button when sold out?

Hello, is it possbile to change the text add to cart instead of just a grey out? i have changed the backgorund color when its sold out but also want to change the text?

yes!

i don't know how your homefeatured.tpl file looks like, but you have to add this {if} condition.

 

 

ADD TO CART BUTTON HERE means code of your actual add to cart button

 

OUT OF STOCK BUTTON HERE the same button but with changed text and without "adding to cart" action

Hello, does this modification allow to change the add to cart button while keeping the possibility to add to cart when stock is at zero or below zero ( for pre orders for instance ) ?
