markjl
Hello, I receive customers in my premises and would like to use Prestashop v1.4.9 as my customer ordering system as well as for online. However, it does not seem possible to create an order from back office. If I use the site to create a customer order, then I would need an email each time and would be using dummy emails. Any suggestions? Thanks Edited May 28, 2013 by markjl (see edit history)
sadlyblue
Why don't you create an account named store or something like that, and use that for those sales?
vekia
why you can't create an order from back office? Feature like this exists by default
markjl
Why don't you create an account named store or something like that, and use that for those sales? Because I still want to retain the customer details with the order

sadlyblue
Do you use multishop? If so, you have to select one shop to see the "Add new" in orders. Also you can use a module like "login as a costumer" it's cheap, and you can view you site as your customer.
vekia
yup that's correct, there is "add new" button on orders page in back office click on it and you will be able to create new order manually
markjl
I assume that your screenshot is v 1.5. I am in v1.4.9 As for multishop, no I only have one shop
