multi language/ country by currency

Hi i am new to prestashop

need help

i am planning for setting up new online shop

i am looking for multi language/ country by currency

where once customer enters it should be in his language and currency / by default in english and dollar later he can change by translate

is there any module like that

 

and i need help in getting commission from seller if he sells in dollar i will get commisssion but if he sells in euro / any other currency then how to get commission is there any module for this or can we do this in paypal if possible then let me know

because i heard that its only possible in one currency is it true

in paypal also we have any option were we can do different currency in one paypal account or in module

 

please help me regarding this
