Editing of tracking mail to customer

Hello.

 

I am on version 1.5.4,1 and I have a problem how I edit the email there is sendt to the customer when I insert a Tracking number in the order form.

The customer receives an email with the text

 

your order have been shipped and you can follow it by clicking on this link.

but I need to set the link in to that email. How do I do that and where.

Could you please let me know how can I add a link for canada post tracking?

Where should I add it? in the carriers section?
