I have a question related to the contact-us form

 

I added several ´customer service´ groups yet only the first one called ´ambassador program´ (see immage attached) seems to work.

 

I tested all the other options and no messages are recieved in both the backoffice and the mail that I linked them to. It only works for the ´ambassador program´

 

Does anyone have an idea how this is possible?

Hi turned on error reporting. And whenever I send a message It says that ´the message has been sent succesfully´ Yet I do not receive any message in the backoffice neither the e-mail it´s connected to.

 

See immage attached.

 

What can I do about it. It seems very strange that only one of the installed contacts works and they are all linked to the same e-mail address.
