Regarding translation and images

Hi.

 

I'm setting up my prestashop 1,5, but can't find where to change the following:

 

The text "Prices are incl. taxes" in the bottum of the cart (after you just added the product). I've looked in the cart module, but it doesn't seem to be there.

 

The topic of the mail "Payment accepted". Everything is danish, but the topic-text. Where do I translate that?

 

And final. When I add images to my products, they don't show up. They are in jpg format in size 640*480. Is that to large?
