Personnellement, je connais bien Adobe ready qui est rattacher à Adobe phtoshop. Il existe d'autres logiciels, avec lesquels on peut créer des gifs animés, qui sont disponibles graduitement sur le web, comme : gimp, gifanimator, unfreeze, bancreator, etc...
