ok, I managed to fix it. I changed the rtl.css instead of global.css

.cart_navigation .button, .cart_navigation .button_large{

direction : rtl;

text-align:right;

}

 

.cart_navigation .exclusive, .cart_navigation .exclusive_large{

direction : rtl;

text-align:right;

}
