Shipping and Carriers options missing 1.5.4.1 [SOLVED]

Hi

 

Been trying for days to set up carriers and shipping costs, but I can find no tab or menu for these....

 

I have found I can access them by entering the pages directly into the web browser bar:

 

........../psadmin/index.php?controller=AdminCarriers

........../psadmin/index.php?controller=AdminShipping

 

But would like to know where are the tabs in the front office (Photo attached) ?

how it possible? Maybe you deleted it?

or maybe you havent got full access to the BO ? YOu're logged as administrator? Or employee?

 

go to administration > menus

 

you can add own menu positions there, check how it looks for shipping tab:

 

Main shipping tab:
