There is a section in it that describes the format of the csv file here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Understanding+The+Advanced+Parameters#UnderstandingTheAdvancedParameters-Dataformat In short, you can add it anywhere you want, as long as your URL in the file points to it correctly.
