Set Default MAIN image for combinations

Its all about change php files, not form admin panel.

 

I am not shure how to formate correct question... but:

 

Is it posible to assign default image for combinations in ProductController.php or in CategoryController.php?

 

Like cover for products,

 

Or how i can assign custom cover for product combinations?

 

Posible solution: it seems like i need to modified where is a function

 

$link->getImageLink($product.link_rewrite, $product.id_image, 'home_default')

 

if some one already done this one pleas help
