" I try to make a new .htaccess but the same issue. I have SSL Certificate installed on the Domain. Without SSL the Site works fine, but i want secure the login and order sites. NemoPS
It seems to be related to the way the certificate was installed. I ran into the same issue recently, when adding a certificate for a dedicated server. Are you on a shared environment? If so, you should contact the server admin
Gionata82
I have the same problem. Anyone has a solution for PS v. 1.6.0.9 ???
NemoPS
did you check that your ssl certificate has been properly installed?
Gionata82
Thanks for reply Nemo1. Using whynopadlock.com I can check that certificate is actived and valid. Probably the problem is that when I write in research bar https://mysite.ssl.altervista.org/shop there is a redirection to the unsecure url: http://mysite.altervista.org. The same if a use the domain www.mysite.com with cloacking to http://mysite.altervista.org Howevere I try to activate and deactive friendly url, disable multiviews apache to yes and not, desable redirect option in SEO&Url section of back office...the result is the same: error too many redirects
Gionata82
The error associated to SSLv3 protocol is signalled but the hosting server supports also TLSv1. Important thing is that my server hosting altervista.org is a shared server.
Gionata82
I try with Mozilla Firefox browser, that gives me the same error but with a note: "the problem often is due to block or rejection of cookies".
