dco
i was customising my theme, trying to edit the top menu links, specifically modifying the category items when suddenly it takes me to the prestashop admin login page. I can't login back in, every time i try sign in it loads and goes back to the login page. I'm sure it's not the wrong password because if i put in the wrong password it will say so. If it's the right password it just takes me back to the login page and it doesn't go to the backend of the shop like it's supposed to. What's happening? :(

StoneySteenbergen
Hi I cannot log into the back of my shop with the admin login panel. I have tried everything from using another browser to cleaning my cache. It keeps returning to the login panel. I have uninstalled the version and re-installed it again but to no avail. I now installed an older version and it works perfectly..what can i do?

StoneySteenbergen
Hi I logged in now using windows explorer. I used chrome before but even after having cleaned the cache I could not log in. Maybe the problem lies with chrome
vekia
i think that the problem is with softaculous... i suggest to install prestashop manually, not via softaculous. I've noticed that many merchats have got problems with prestashop with softaculous installation...
